Processing Times
- In-Stock Jewelry: Ships within 0–2 business days.
- Custom Jewelry: Ships within 7–14 business days after design confirmation.
- Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Timeline varies; usually 7–21 business days depending on quantity and customization.
Shipping Methods
- Domestic (USA): Free Insured overnight on 2000$ and UP or 2-day delivery via trusted carriers.
- International: We ship worldwide. Carriers and timelines vary by destination. Customs duties/taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Insurance & Tracking
- All shipments are 100% insured until delivery is confirmed.
- Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.
- Signature is required upon delivery for security.
Pickup Option
- Customers in New York City can choose same-day pickup at our Diamond District showroom (by appointment only).
Shipping Exceptions
- Shinelane Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for insured items.
