We want every customer to be completely happy with their jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind.
Return Window
- You may return jewelry within 60 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted for store credit.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Eligibility
- Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Certificates, accessories, and original invoices must be included.
- Custom jewelry orders are final sale after client approval.
Refunds & Credits
- Refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Store credit can be used on any future purchase with no expiration.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our team via email or phone to request a return authorization.
- Safely package your jewelry with all certificates and documents.
- Ship using an insured, trackable method.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit minus the restocking fee.
Exceptions
- Custom jewelry is not eligible for return.
- Items showing signs of wear, resizing by a third party, or damage are not eligible.
- Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
