We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to give you flexibility before your jewelry enters production.
Before Production
- Orders may be canceled anytime before production begins.
- If you no longer feel comfortable proceeding, just let us know and we will cancel your order at no cost.
After Production Starts
- Once production has started, the jewelry is already being made specifically for you.
- At this stage, the order cannot be canceled and will be treated as a final sale.
Your peace of mind matters to us. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us right away and we’ll let you know if your jewelry is still eligible for cancellation.
